Gift Returns

Burt’s Bees Baby now offers an easy, automated way to return gifts purchased from us!  Visit the Happy Returns Portal and click “Received a Gift? Start Here”. Follow the steps to return your item(s) and receive a Burt’s Bees Baby eGift Card.

Don’t know your order number? No worries! Submit a manual request via our Gift Returns Form below.  Make  sure all required fields are filled out so we can quickly locate your order. Incomplete forms may delay processing.

Items considered eligible must be unwashed, unworn, free from debris including pet hair, and have original tags or packaging. The entire set must be returned if you purchased a product as part of a set.  Items marked Final Sale, The Baby Bee Box, Baby Bee Bags, and gift cards cannot be returned. Underwear may be returned if all items are unworn and in the original packaging.  Your return will expire two (2) weeks from the issue date, please return back promptly as we cannot reauthorize expired returns. Any items received that do not meet the conditions, do not have prior authorization, or are outside of the timeframe will not be credited, or returned.
