Please fill out the below form. Once approved you will receive an email with instructions and a return label. Approvals can take up to 48 business hours and missing or incomplete information will delay your return.  Please note Burt's Bees Baby does not process exchanges, only merchandise credit for the original purchase value of the merchandise will be issued for eligible items. merchandise credit can only be issued for items purchased directly from the Burt's Bees Baby online store.  

Items considered eligible must be unwashed, unworn, free from debris including pet hair, and have original tags or packaging. The entire set must be returned if you purchased a product as part of a set.  Items marked Final Sale, The Baby Bee Box, Baby Bee Bags, and gift cards cannot be returned. Underwear may be returned if all items are unworn and in the original packaging.  Your return will expire two (2) weeks from the issue date, please return back promptly as we cannot reauthorize expired returns. Any items received that do not meet the conditions, do not have prior authorization, or are outside of the timeframe will not be credited, or returned.
