1.  To initiate your return, click Product Return below.
2.  Enter your order number and zip code.
3. Select any convenient Return Bar location for drop off. No packaging or label is required.

 *Free Return only applies to those that are dropped off and for returns containing 9 (nine) or more items two separate returns may need to be submitted. 

Standard Return Policy 

Policy Overview: You can return items within 30 days from the original delivery date (as noted on the delivery tracking), provided they meet the return conditions outlined below.

🎁 2025 Holiday Return Policy - Effective Date: July 8, 2025

During the 2025 holiday season, you have 45 days from the date of original receipt (as noted in delivery tracking) to return new, unworn items.🎃 Seasonal Item Exception: Holiday-specific items (e.g., Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas-themed) are not eligible for return once the associated holiday has passed, regardless of the purchase date. For example:

Halloween items cannot be returned on or after October 31

Thanksgiving items cannot be returned on or after November 28

Christmas pajamas cannot be returned on or after January 4, 2026

Return Conditions

  • New and Unworn: Items must be unwashed, free from debris (including pet hair), and have original tags or packaging. If you purchased a product as part of a set, the entire set must be returned.
  • Original Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.
  • Return Window: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the original delivery date.
  • Exclusions: Items that are Final Sale cannot be returned.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you believe your item(s) have a manufacturing defect or damage, you can submit a request HERE.


Return Requirements

  • Pre-authorization: All returns must be pre-authorized. To initiate your return, click HERE.  For returns containing 9 (nine) or more items, two separate returns may need to be submitted. 
  • Condition: Items must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Exclusions: Final Sale items, The Baby Bee Box, Baby Bee Bags, and gift cards cannot be returned. Some specialty products and giveaways may have separate return conditions.
  • Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted for return.
