What is the Honeybee rewards program?

Our honeybee rewards program is a way to reward our loyal customers. You can earn points by buying qualifying products. You can also earn points by engaging with our brand online. 

 

How do I join the Honeybee rewards program?

Joining is simple and free!

  1. Create an account directly on our website.
  2. Fill out your details, including your name, email, and phone number.

New members: You will receive 25 bonus points after you create your account and your first order ships!

Note: If you use the Shop App to log in, you will not be signed up automatically. You must create an account directly with us to join the rewards program.

 

How do I earn Honeybee reward program points?

You can earn Rewards Points in several ways:

  • Place Orders: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible items.
  • Write Product Reviews: Share your feedback and earn points for approved reviews.
  • Follow Us on Social Media: Earn points by following Burt's Bees Baby on participating social media platforms.

 

What is an eligible purchase?

You can earn points on almost everything! You will get points based on the price of the items before taxes and shipping fees. 

This includes all of your favorite clothing, bedding, accessories, and skincare items on burtsbeesbaby.com. Just keep in mind that buying a gift card will not earn you any points.

 

How do I see and track my points?

You can view your points at any time by logging into your account. Your current total will always show up on your Honeybee Rewards homepage. You can also see your points right inside your shopping cart when you are logged in and ready to check out! 

 

How do I redeem my Honeybee Rewards Points?

Points can be redeemed during the checkout process. Just make sure you are logged into your account first.

During Checkout

  • Look at your shopping bag before you check out.
  • Use the drop-down menu to see the rewards you can get.
  • Choose the reward you want to use.

From Your Rewards Homepage

  • Go to your Rewards homepage to see what you can get with your current points.
  • Pick a reward and follow the quick steps on the screen.

Note: Your points will turn into a coupon code for your order. You cannot combine Honeybee Rewards with other sales, coupons, or deals.

 

How do I access my online account?

Be sure to be logged into your account on Burtsbeesbaby.com and navigate to the account icon. Then click View Rewards.

 

How do I update my account information?

Log into your account, go to your profile setting and update your information.  Still, need help? Our Customer Support can be reached at info@burtsbeesbaby.com

 

Will my past orders be eligible for Honeybee Reward Points?

Points will only begin to accrue after you create your Honeybee Rewards account. To earn points on your purchases, you must always be logged into your account when you check out. 

Orders placed before your account was created are not eligible for points.

 

What happens to my Honeybee Reward Points if I make a return or cancel my order?

Once you redeem your points, they turn into a coupon code. If you cancel an order before it ships, your points are not automatically put back. You will need to contact Customer Support to get a replacement coupon code or to get your points back.

Please note that if you return an item after you receive it, any rewards points you used on that order will be lost.

 

Why didn’t I earn Honeybee Reward points on my purchase?

If you do not see points from a recent order, please check these common reasons:

  • Did you log in? You must be signed into your rewards account when you buy items. If you accidentally checked out as a guest, email us at info@burtsbeesbaby.com so we can add your points.
  • Was the order canceled or returned? You will not earn points if your order is canceled. If you return an item, any points you earned from buying it will be taken away.

 

Can I use my Honeybee Rewards with a sale? 

Rewards Points are redeemed as a coupon code at checkout. Because only one coupon code can be applied per order, you must choose between redeeming your Honeybee Rewards Points or using another promotional code.

If a current sale or promotion requires a coupon code to receive the discount, you will not be able to combine it with a Rewards coupon code on the same order. (We do not allow stacking or combining coupon codes or promotions).

 

How long does it take for Honeybee Reward points to post to my account?

Honeybee Reward Points for purchases are typically posted to your account within 48 business hours after your order ships. You can also earn 10 extra points by writing a review! To get these points, you must click the link in the review email we send you after you buy an item. After your review is posted, it can take up to 14 days for these points to show up in your account.

 

Do points ever expire?

Yes, Honeybee Reward Points expire in one year (365 days) of the date earned.

 

Can I give points to someone else?

No, you cannot share or gift your Honeybee Reward Points to another member at this time. Points must stay in the account that earned them.

 

Can I redeem Honeybee Reward Points on Burtsbees.com? 

No.  Honeybee Rewards are only able to be earned and redeemed on burtsbeesbaby.com.
