"I sent some Burt’s Bees gifts for a baby shower that I could not attend. Another guest said the gift box’s “simplicity was gorgeous”. Many businesses no longer offer gift wrapping, but Burt’s Bees does, and they do a lovely job."
"I purchased this item as a baby shower gift and selected the “mark as gift” option, added a gift message, and paid an additional $8 for the gift box and wrapping. Unfortunately, when it arrived at my friend’s house, it came in a regular plastic shipping bag with no gift wrapping, no gift receipt, and no gift message. This made it obvious that it was not a gift, which was embarrassing given the occasion and especially frustrating since I paid extra for those services. I reached out to customer service on December 18 and followed up, but I never received a real response. The only communication I got was an automated message stating that refunds aren’t provided in these situations. . . even though the paid gift service was not delivered at all. The product itself is lovely, but the ordering and fulfillment experience completely failed, which matters when you’re buying something specifically as a gift. I wouldn’t trust their gift options again unless this process is fixed."
"Items were not sent in a gift box as paid for. I reached out Dec 7th to customer service. Now Dec 26th I still have no resolve to this issue. I feel this issue could've been resolved easily on Dec 7th. Now I just feel like my money was stolen."
