Missing Gift Message and Box
"I sent a holiday gift, paid for it to be gift wrapped and filled out the info to include a message for recipient. It was shipped in regular shipping bag, no gift box. And no gift message. I reached out on Dec 7 to resolve the issue. After initial responses from customer service, no resolve was made. Almost 20 days later, and after having reached out a 2nd time myself, I still have no resolve. After seeing issues from others this season I have decided to not purchase from this company again."
