"I wanted to buy the best underwear for my son after he was potty trained. So I decided to buy Burt’s Bees underwear as they are 100% organic cotton and thought they will be great for his sensitive skin. But the waist band is so tight, it is leaving deep welts on my son’s waist. I’ve written to the product support team a while ago but still no response. I’m disappointed both by the product and service of this company that I used to trust deeply for my son’s clothing,bedding and bathing needs."

"I always want to buy the best for my son so landed on Burt’s Bees 100% organic cotton underwear after he was potty trained as I believed they will work great for my son’s sensitive skin. However, the underwear band is so tight that it leaves deep welts on my son’s waist. I reached out to product support team a few weeks ago but still haven’t heard from anyone. I’m truly disappointed in the product and service provided by Burt’s Bees who I once trusted and loved and have been buying clothing, bedding and bathing products for my son since birth."

Durable and soft
"My favorite brand of undies for my little one. I have tried other organic cotton brands, Hanes was the worst, the elastic snapped after just a couple washes. Gap's organic cotton underwear is the same price as Burt's bees but it doesn't fit as well. These undies get softer with each wash but the elastic stays taut."
