"This towel is soft and cute. It feels like it is good quality and will hold up. The dimensions are a bit weird though. It is pretty short and really wide and the bunny face/ears fall too far back on the hood so my daughter can't see the bunny ears when she looks in the mirror."

"I am so dissapointed as I have loved all my burts bees baby clothes. I placed an order in late november, the wrong package was delivered to me and now it's almost a month later and I haven't been able to reach anyone on the team to help resolve the issue. Not only have I not received any of the items I paid for, but I still have someone elses package at my house! Absolutely terrible customer service, impossible to get past their AI. I'll be reporting them."
