"I received this with an ink stain and emailed customer service on 12/2. I have tried to put in an inquiry form and follow up but I haven’t received ANY response back other than the initial automated response that they’d get back to me. I’m very disappointed as I used to love Burt’s bees, but this customer service is horrendous."

"Very cute design lines , the color is very pale soft green. It’s almost white. I happen to like that but was surprised by how pale the color was. The material is nice. It will look sweet on the little one it is a gift for, however when wrapping it for a Christmas gift it looked a bit boring and underwhelming as a plain off white set. Personally I feel it’s solid basics and hope the parents of recipient feel the same way."

"I ordered this 11/24/25 and it was supposed to be delivered 12/4/25. It never arrived, I reached out multiple times and could only ever contact AI bots. It has been weeks and weeks, I reached out MULTIPLE times and the company has completely ghosted me. They took my money and I have NO clothing, no replacement and no refund. I am reporting this fraudulent company to the BBB and beyond."
