"Shop online with Burts Bees at your risk. You may not receive what you ordered and will not be reimbursed for your items and will be charged an $8 fee to send them back. Penalized basically for poor handling within the packing and shipping department. Burts Bees products are good customer handling and service bad. Shop with other online vendors never had a problem with any department store or online children's clothing companies."

Low quality assembly, high quality fabric

"I bought 6 sets of these pajamas, but after 1 wash, I was disappointed to see that the seam of one of the tops became extremely loose and started to come out. I have a sewing machine and was able to fix it myself, but I shouldn’t have to do that with brand new clothes. 2 others have been used without such issue, but the other 3 are being saved as gifts and am hoping we don’t run into the same problem. It would be really embarrassing if to gift something poor quality. The fit and fabric is soft and stretchy, consistent with pajamas we’ve bought from BB in the past, and print is cute, which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 2"

Order completely wrong; Never reimbursed for full refund

"All of the order was sent as a 3-6 month items and only 3 items received. I paid for 4 items in 12 month size. Was never fully reimbursed when I sent them back and was charged and $8 handling fee to SEND them back. I will never pay BURTS BEES for their incompentence and mishandling of an online order again. Customers who order routinely for their children or grandchildren mean nothing. Customer service = ZERO"
